RAVEN Development is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our services through ravendev.net or our storefront. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
- Discord User ID — collected when you activate a purchase or link your Discord account to a service
- Customer & subscription ID — provided by our payment processor after purchase to verify and activate your subscription
- Contact information — any information you voluntarily provide when reaching out to us directly (e.g., through Discord or email)
- Service usage data — basic logs related to API calls made to our systems (e.g., authentication events, activation requests) for security and troubleshooting
- Session data — temporary session identifiers used to maintain your authenticated state on our dashboard
- Stripe — when you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with subscription status information (customer ID, subscription ID, plan, status). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Discord — when you authenticate via Discord OAuth2 on our dashboard, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers where you have administrator permissions. We use this solely to provide dashboard functionality.
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify purchases and activate Discord role access
- Provide and maintain our hosted bot services
- Authenticate you on our dashboard
- Respond to support requests and communications
- Monitor service health and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
When you activate a purchase, we use your Discord User ID to grant you the appropriate role in our Discord server. This action is performed via the Discord API and is limited to role assignment within our server. We do not use your Discord ID for any purpose beyond service delivery.
Beyond the account and payment data above, each RAVEN Development Discord bot processes additional data specific to the function it performs within your server:
- Guild ID and per-guild configuration (moderation settings, muted role, alert channels, domain lists)
- User IDs of members involved in moderation actions (bans, kicks, mutes) and associated infraction records
- Security event logs (raid detection, link-scan flags, permission changes) for audit and troubleshooting purposes
- Guild ID and user IDs of members using clock-in/clock-out commands
- Time-tracking records (clock-in/out timestamps, project labels, generated reports)
- Guild ID and user IDs of members whose Discord roles are synced to document permissions
- Linked Google account identifiers used to match Discord members to Google Drive permission records
- Document access/permission state needed to detect and flag unauthorized access
Staff Assistant operates only within our own staff-managed Discord servers and is used exclusively by server staff for internal accountability and moderation purposes. It does not read or store general member chat.
- Staff application data submitted voluntarily through our application form, and Discord user IDs of applicants and staff members
- Identifier profiles linking a member's Discord ID to their in-game account identifiers (e.g. platform hex ID, license ID, console ID) where applicable, used to detect banned users returning on alternate accounts
- Moderation history (bans, kicks, mutes, reasons, and issuing moderator) ingested from our moderation and anti-cheat bots' designated log channels — this includes the relevant text of those log messages, not general conversation
- Internal staff records: promotions, demotions, strikes, removal requests, training requests/logs, and test results for members of our own staff team
Message content is not stored beyond what is required in the moment to process a command or event, except for the designated moderation/anti-cheat log channels described above — RAVEN Development's bots do not log or retain general member chat history.
- Discord User IDs and subscription records are retained for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping
- Session data is temporary and expires automatically
- Logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging and are not used for tracking or profiling
- Staff moderation and background-check records (Staff Assistant) are retained indefinitely for as long as necessary to support ongoing staff accountability and alt-account/ban-evasion detection within our own servers
You may request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] or contacting us through our Discord server. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold. Our API is served over HTTPS, sensitive keys are stored as environment variables and never committed to public repositories, and access to service data is restricted to authorized systems only.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users in the event of a data breach that poses a material risk.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information
- Objection — object to certain uses of your data
